this morning, kelly started our yoga class not with a seated meditation, but with blaring a rock & roll, summer song and yelling, “HANDSTANDS!!” it was such a carefree, joyous, fun way to kick off the class, my day, the weekend.
i love the satisfaction of looking back at the lawn i just mowed.
we had a book discussion on women food & god last night at the yoga studio. there were six of us there. it was a wonderful time. great conversation, so inspiring and empowering.
i am realizing that i am in the best place i have ever been in my adolescent/adult life. healthier and happier than i can remember being. it’s pretty amazing.
