well, i have a meeting at 12:30. but it’s one where i can wear running clothes, so i don’t consider it an obligation if i can be that comfy.
so in other words, tomorrow i get to lift for as long as i darn well please. i can get to the gym at six, warm up, do shoulders as is the thursday routine, and then do squats AND deads AND foam roll for as long as i want.
today i ate three pieces of pumpkin bread and sang along to christmas carols with my advisor and i also added squat presses to my workout and i am in love with all of these things.
i also did a 3x burn set on incline bench and i think my arms are falling off. but i love that too because, hey, who needs anterior delts anyway?
my grades are entered and this semester is pretty much officially over.
my bench today was atrocious.
