i did some work, ate some pop-tarts, and watched some hulu. i’m halfway packed for tomorrow. i just need to finish up, do my breakfast dishes, and i swear i am going to be in bed and asleep by 9pm.
one of these days, i plan on actually getting eight hours of sleep. imagine how much i’d be able to lift if i got enough sleep and didn’t have a stoopid hip flexor!
i other news, i am so excited to deadlift tomorrow. not maxing, just doing lots of work around the 125# range – about 70% of the pull i had on monday. lots of volume, short rest periods, so excited.
oh and i push press tomorrow. and front squats if my hip isn’t too derpy.
