justin and i revamped my split. i’m now working on a 4-day split of squat, bench, deads, OHP. not necessarily in that order, but squats and deads alternating bench and OHP. after two rounds i take a rest day, although i may change that to resting every round, depending on how i feel. conditioning will consist of hill sprints (barf), rowing, prowler pushes, and barbell complexes.

part of me wants to run a BB complex or two; but the rest of me knows i’ve been beat up and exhausted and lifting like turdball since tuesday. i’ve also had a LOT running around through my head, so tomorrow will be a great opportunity to go somewhere and write and drink coffee and write some more.
and maybe cross-stitch. even though people give me weird looks when i do that in public.
